You use the zhfaction files to overwrite what's already in the UO directory.
and no, razor does not work on this server.

The instructions are there on the website.
Download the game and install it. Download the ZHFactions files, unzip and copy/paste them over the top of the game install. Launch the ZHFactions.exe client.

What version of windows are you running? Are you on a 64 bit system?

32bit Windows XP sounds good. That's a pretty basic setup.
Try uninstalling everything again.
Install the Age of Shadows to the default location c:/program files/ultima online (or something like that).
Then download the ZHFactions.zip. Unzip it onto your desktop or something. Then copy and paste all the files so that they overwrite the ones in your c:/program files/ultima online folder.
Use the zhfactions.exe client. Do not use the default uo.exe and do not install any updates.
The website background should be the same background that comes up when you load zhfactions.exe and try to enter your user/pass.

umm ok when i try to change the login file to 93.174.138.23,2593 manually it says its changing the fromating of the file, do i want to change the format of the file? You don't have to do it manually, just overwriting the files in your Ultima Online directory with the ZHFactions.zip files should fix your login.cfg.

The problem is that if you dont patch the original install directory with the files from us, it will use the wrong files by default.. you need to make sure that its completely uninstalled from your system with add / remove programs in the control panel, and all the files are removed.

are you reinstalling or just copying the old game folders? use a clean install, even redownload it if it doesn't work. it should let you install to another directory click custom install if it asks, it sounds like the client isn't the same, try copying just the client alone over instead of with other files. if you are using windows 7 i know its weird about copying folders over
also no need to post a million posts theres an edit button
