For the first time in 6 months with our server host we had some server-side downtime.
Actually it wasn't even downtime. For some reason they blocked all incoming connections to the shard for a few hours and then thought "hey fuck it!" and it was back.
I'd like you all to know I spent 20 minutes on the phone only for them to hang up on me! Customer service just isn't what it used to be.
Anyway, back to normal now, let's hope they don't mess around with stuff again!
