its true that from sunday a new player can start level 1 of any class?

Yes that's true.
I suppose if you're going to be a Power Player - or maybe "not classed" is a better way of saying it, since there is no Power Player Class - you can choose to start with no Level 1 boost OR start as a level 1 player in any class and work on the other skills at another time?
