Where do you buy a guild or Faction and what is the command for whispering?

i do believe you can buy a guildstone at the scribe. 100k? i think.
use .msg to whisper
there's also .chat to speak to all players online.

An Admin (me or Dekar) has to be with you to create a Faction, which happens when you build a townstone for the first time.
