Connection Issues

I think our virtual server provider's internet's being a bit shit, I'll message them about it now.

edit: Our VPS provider is having connection problems on their side. I've been angry down the phone to them, but can't do much else at the moment.

GM Evoker reported to me yesterday that these same connection issues were happening. If they continue I'll consider switching to a different provider.

A network scan (ie attempt to hack) another customers server on our network. As it was coming from multiple locations it wasn't tracked by our automated systems and was difficult for our engineers to block once detected.

Can you confirm what type of game server you run? We often have prospective clients ask what types of game servers run on our servers/network.
