I was wondering if there is a bard books, like Song Book used to be. Cause i've a scrolls on a bard's corpse, and i wonder how do i get them and where.

As far as I know noone has found a Song Book yet. It might be in loot just not found or its not in but exists in files.

I haven't thought about songbooks until now, I'll review them asap. If they're not in loot, they will be, and so will the songs etc.

Songs have always had to be begged for, wich is the way it should be. However songbooks have always been in loot and in all honesty Prome, put them in! Bards are useless without them.
