Thoughts on some of these dirty people trying to one shot noobs doing stuff in minoc?
My thoughts-Don't mind really, but as a view of the shard attempting to grow and accepting all walks of UO people-Its retarded

Agreed, the other day someone killed Sabina, and looted. Since then I haven't seen Sabina, OR Zandar (who tried killing me thinking I was responsible for Sabina's misfortune, the situation occured while I was at work, mind you.) Atleast re-instate the [young] status for new players to be able to get on their feet.

If the staff wanted people to macro safely, no-pk zones would be added, but instead they were removed! Also, you can loot in cities, something you couldn't on others zh-like shards. I believe that there's a reason for it to be like that, and I can't think of something other than making this shard more pvp-friendly. So, all I can do is congratulate those town killing cowards, they are doing what the staff team want them to. I myself killed a crafter at Minoc's tailor shop once (well I had a good reason ). Now that this discussion lead me to think that town killing helps the shard, I'll try to find some time to do that more often, even if I have no reason to do that.

im playing a noncombat crafter and the only times ive managed to die were in minoc! ive been killed at least 10 times and the majority of these were when i was at the keyboard by people who just instantly killed me. i know it seems that this is fine but if u are a non-com character then it is annoying that ur starting city isnt safe and u dont have anywhere to practise your trade without losing all your better gear.

[Young] status could be a good idea i think. What should the cap be? Time, stats, skills? or something different?
