My vendor in Magincia will for the time being buy blank scrolls for 20gp each.
To be sure the price is still 20gp say "Sell" to him and he will tell you they price, he'll pay per blank scroll.
Just drop the scrolls on him and he will pay you.
Blank scrolls are bought at vendors for 8gp each, so its a pretty nice profit.
