Support question from Revelation, I'm at work right now, don't have the time to go through different steps, so I thought I'd post it here so you guys can help mebbe!

I'm having trouble using the downloads from your site. I installed UOAS, then the ZHF Files, and extracted them into the UO file and overwrited the old files, but when I click on the ZHF Client, I keep getting a message saying that it cannot open the file fonts.mul. I've tried moving the file, deleting the file, overwriting it again, and it tells me that access is denied. Any clue how to fix this?

accsess denied i have had many times you have to remove or uninstall ultima aos then reinstall. then extract the zhf files into its own folder on desk top then go in and right click highlighted files and copy then right click paste them into the uo folder, overwrite them

before u run ultima delete the transerv and the tiledata? theres 2 files u dont need for most shards and i always delete them when im starting ultima again.

The way i got past this problem was to right click start menu: Explore users: C Drive: Program Files: Ultima Online. Find fonts.mul right click: Properties: Securities Tab: Change Permissions: add new users: type in name of computer.
Repeat for any files ZHF cannot open.
