"You must wait to perform another action"

Many players are at the momment getting the "You must wait to perform another action" msg, when they try to use certain skills.

Crafting, spellcasting and other objectbased actions seems to work thou.

Ive left a msg for Prometheus. Im sure he will fix it as soon as he get's on.

It seems to be starting to work again now. Might have been a minor hold-up in the script.

Ive just been made aware that this has happened before, a long time ago, for about half an hour. Something with a treasure map bugging the shard.

Dont do treasures!.. Also they are overpowed.. ;-)

i cant move anything in my backpack after talking to any vendor - i have 2 extra backpacks opened and when i use buy/sell, those backpacks autoclose
getting "You cannot move that" and "You cannot pick that up" and even that i cant move containers in my backpack, i still can open them
restart helps only if i wait till character is completely logged out ~5mins
skills seem to work fine

That sounds like the same problem ive experienced. It happens when you try and sell something to a vendor but then decides not to, and close the vendormenu. You just gotta sell something to him. That fixes it.
My open backpacks close too when i sell to a vendor.
