OverviewExpected Online: 18:00 GMT (6pm)The Virtual Private Server which hosts us took over 30 minutes to restart itself this morning, which is weird because it usually takes only 2 or 3 minutes and is very fast. Unfortunately I had to leave to go to work before the VPS came back online and therefore wont be able to restart the shard until I get home at 18:00 GMT (See: Current UK Time here). I'm really sorry guys, this is the biggest screw up since I started the shard, but perhaps couldn't be avoided. We'll be back online as soon as I get my ass home tonight.
The Virtual Private Server that we use to host is not restarting for some ungodly reason. What I'm going to do is write down all the server details and try and restart it from work ;D Sorry guys, pain in the ass to say the least!

I'm now at work.
The VPS has finally restarted - for some reason it took over 30 minutes to do so - but now... get this... the administrator password I need to log into the VPS and get the shard back up and running is incorrect!
I contacted my VPS provider and they say, correctly, that only I can know my password. I think the one I wrote down, which I don't remember changing, is different from the one that is saved to my credentials on my PC at home.
The only way I'll be able to restart the shard now is from home. I've tried everything. I think we'll be down until roughly 6pm GMT tonight (8 hours from now) because 1. the VPS was shit this morning and 2. I'm a dumass for not taking a copy of my login credentials before leaving for work this morning.

weird, as i happend to be a tech support at small firm, that do that kind of stuff (domains, hostings, vps), we usually can reset this data by clients request(or resend it), if hi can confirm his identity (if their saying that only they you can know it, then its usually means that their dont want to deal with it right now... as we tend to do sometimes 8))
bs usually its urgent and ppl kinda hate their servers to be down

omg the website says its online and i che3cked like 45 times thinking it was up and tried logging in, not realizing it doesnt update itself according to the server what a mean mean trick |

Shard should be up in roughly 40-50 minutes time. I'm just about to leave work and jump in the car to come home unless something hugely goes wrong with my law firm's IT systems!
