There's a little gate in the fence outside the mine. Ghosts can walk through there.
Also, yes, it's a no pk mine, if you died in there let me know who did it.

i didn't get pked there but i did in minoc but i know what gate your talking about but for some reason its blocked i was killing random animals that were hendering my mining
