Just to reiterate: My thanks go to you players for being patient with the downtime we're going through right now. It's always been my intention to create a shard that will last for many years and be an increasingly rewarding experience for players the longer they play. When we came back online on Wednesday it was too soon, I placed more importance on being back online than actually having everything setup properly! When we come back online, after Christmas Weekend, everything will be working like it should be and you guys can go back to building your empires (so to speak). The 1st Age has taught me a lot and, in many ways, was like an extension of the initial testing process before we went live. The 2nd Age will be built on strong foundations and the 3rd Age wont come until maybe Christmas next year! All you players can rest assured that you'll be part of that small group of 1st Age players who were here when we started, before we reached our full potential. I'll be posting progress updates in this thread, and updating the website, so you all know the timetable until we're back online. Until then, Merry Christmas guys, hang in there! Your patience will be rewarded! |
