Macro guide for mage skills?

Wondering if anyone could provide a macro guide to do alchemy, inscription, resist, and magery for a spec mage?

alchemy is always simple to me i make explosion pots till 90 then buy alot of nightshade and make dps until it doesnt move, usually 10k ns a time if i dont get more then .2 per 10k its time to stop and move on to the pagans usually around 110 inscription u can get to pretty high off res around 110-120 then do ebook if u got it but u can wear items and start ebless at 110 it will raise faster. resist inferno drags another mage casting mass area effect spells?
