Public jail: Jail should be at a bank/popular place for mocking dumb players

IRC integration for .page/.barter - fuck i'd probably pay someone to do this

more autopaging for opening eggs/all release when more then 3-4 animals/ect ect

I'll think of more i should really write them down when i don't hate this dumb game!

Not bad ideas. Although I'm unsure how I'd script the IRC integration, remember I'm still a newbie with scripting ;D
