An evil demonic force has entered our world through a crack in our shard of the gem of immortality! He has allready slaughtered all the inhabitants of the town of Cove and has fortified himself within. I request all brave Britannians to help us get rid of this monster and his minions before he can do anymore harm..!

I happen to have in my possesion documents that clearly state that I am the sole beneficiary of the estates of the late inhabitants of Cove.
Stricken by grief, I am unfortunately unable to execute this estate myself. I will kindly thank any brave champions that would evict any and all demonic forces from my newly aquired property, and present me with all items that have been, could have been, and/or may or may not have been before, during or after the evicting said (or other) forces from my estates and surroundings.
