There are levels, but they confer no bonus to powerplayers.

there is a pp bonus, magic doesnt hurt you very much, u have all sorts of weapons, magic bows, instruments swords, spears, what more does a pp need geesh.

Giving them a lower chance of skill failure as class bonus is not only fair, but called for.
