when I start the game show me a alert message: "FontManager::LoadFonts: cannot open fonts.mul" and the client end.
have a sollution?

Check your UO directory, see if there's a fonts.mul file.
You may need to do a reinstall - always make sure you don't run updates and use the ZH client.

need reinstall UO and patch, and later replace files? or only reinstall and replace files?

isnt that a transerv or speech.mul issue, arent we suppose to delete those 2 files everytime we install ultima online for what, the last 8 years? hehehe
