HELP - fonts.mul won't open?

Howdy dudes--

Hopefully this gets to someone.. but it's been a long time since I've had to tinker with uo files. I tried deleting it through the command prompt, clicking and dragging to the folder, extracting specifically to the uo folder, etc.

Can someone help me out so I can finally play? Also someone hook me upppppppp

I think it's a client error thingy that says Cannot open fonts.mul.

Rei, try installing UO in a rootfolder like C:\UO because nowadays Windows bitches about security crap all the time if you install it anywhere else..

I'm still running into the same problem.. Maybe it's my install. I reinstalled a few times. I dunno. I was able to play zha just fine (terrible lag), but this time I'm not. Maybe I have a corrupted version of AOS, so I'll just download from this website. Cross ya fingers dudes.

Yeah it's a client problem. I also run into the access problem when adding in the shard files.
